Here is a funny pic of my dog, Bull. I often exercise my labs by running them behind my convertible with the top down. We live on a road with very little traffic and the dogs are trained to sit on a whistle blow. So, it is safe. My wife was driving and I was trying out a new lens. This is one of the images. It always makes me laugh. I hope you get a chuckle out of it.
Here is one of the first pics made with my new camera. I fell in love with the camera after this shot. You can see the tennis ball if you look closely.
In this picture, you can get a feel for how fast Bull can run. Look at the dirt flying behind him!
Thanks for looking.

Marina, I thought you would appreciate the dog pics. I have enjoyed the pictures of your GSDs. They are beautiful.

We used to go to the foothills or the flats, put our dogs out of the Landcruiser and take off. They loved it so much they often didn't want to get back into the vehicle.
I can see why you love your camera. These are great pics.
Thank you for the compliment on my pair, i love dogs, and any picture of them would definately get my 2 cents in thumb

Here it is. This picture is a great metaphor of my life. I am always biting off more than I can chew. I took a class to Everglades National Park during spring break. We were on Anhinga Trail and we had just talked about the problems non-native fish species are causing. The heron helped me out by spearing this oscar. He had this look on his face like "Oh my, what do I do with this?" The students got some great views of the oscar although it was dead from being speared. After 5 minutes or so, the heron flipped the fish off of its beak. And started looking for smaller prey. It only took a few seconds for an alligator to come over and eat the fish. It was pretty cool. I had given my camera to a student to look at something or I would have had some neat pics of the alligator eating the fish. Thanks for asking about the picture.

Yeah. I made several gator shots but none of them feeding. I missed a good chance.
