Routing issue/trouble connecting to smugmug

At the office today I was unable to connect to dgrin, my smugmug site or www.smugmug.com. I tried a couple of times over a few hours and didn't get anywhere. A few minutes ago, I noticed I was having no trouble at all. I tried it again through a VPN to my office--couldn't reach smugmug or dgrin.

Here's a traceroute from my office over the VPN:

C:\Documents and Settings\grice>tracert www.dgrin.com

Tracing route to pluto.smugmug.com [63.81.134.25]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

Since on a successful traceroute I get to ed-pri.smugmug.com just a few hops before the end, I would guess there's a routing problem somewhere after that. Maybe a BGP issue?

Here's a successful traceroute:

C:\Documents and Settings\grice>tracert www.dgrin.com

over a maximum of 30 hops:

I've noticed Smugmug and dgrin have been responding quite SLOWLY over the last half hour or so... everything else is very fast. Looks like I will take a break while things get sorted out and the usual fast speed returns...

Hi, let us know how it works from your office tomorrow, unfortunately, though, we don't have control of how you route to SmugMug from your office :(

I wish I could tell you more right now...

It's cleared up so I wouldn't worry about it.

Having said that, this is the sort of thing I'd throw over to your provider (Equinix, apparently). It looks like I was making it to your provider's network. You don't have any control over routing but they do. They should certainly be in a position to look at it.
