I need help with matching my printing with what I see on my screen!

Getting ticked.....what I see on LCD is NOT what I get on my printer!

My Greens in flower shots are almost grey. :huh
(Example stems at bottom left side on my end are yellowish green.....print it's almost grey!)

What printer settings should I have?

Ex: Adobe RGB.....ect
Ex: Realative or Colormetric....ect
Match Print checked or unchecked?

NOT HAPPY AT ALL! :splat
Had things pretty close then I had to play around and it hasn't been the same since!

Here is a screen shot of the mess I'm creating!

    What printer?

I get my best results by letting Photoshop manage colors, with an Epson R1800 anyway.
