Hello!
I had e-mail contact with this client this morning, and he's explained that he tried to cancel this order after accidentally buying a print when what he wanted was a 1 megapixel download--an item that's about half the cost of the 8x10 he wound up ordering. The status is still "processing and printing". Can you guys stop the printing and shipping from your end?

BTW, I'd gladly cover the expense on your end from my next profit check. This wasn't your fault at all; my client just got confused and ordered something he didn't want.
