How do I make 'em *pop* like this?

I absolutely love this girl! I'm looking for tips on what effects to use to make my photos pop like hers? If you look at this progression I'm looking to replicate the look of the middle proofed image on her site... It's so bright and people's eyes always pop in her shots. Here are some other examples of what I'm talking about.

some quick actions from atncentral will make free quick work of those conversions.. very easy to do and if you have photoshop can probably pull this off in a few minutes. Good luck..
