How to get started with HDR?

Where does one find the instructions on doing HDR's?? Can this be achived with PSCS or does one need CS3? or some other software??

I have been using Photomatix Pro. The demo version is fully featured, but watermarks the output image.

Thanks guysbowthumbthumb....I have project aht may lead to some work with the city here and I figure I may have to use the HDR and also shoot in a pano mode to get what I really need......now my only prob is how to move 2 sets of HIGH TENSION electrical cables strung directly in front of my subject....Hmmmm.....

PSCS2 has merge to HDR feature. I have found the the Cambridge In Colour website tutorials very instructive. Here is a link to the HDR tutorial:
