Some from over the weekend
Here are a few I liked from this weekend. Taken at various locations. The weather was beautiful so I went out saturday and sunday.
Blue-Gray Gnatcatcher - these guys are fun to watch pick flys out of the air
Northern Flicker
White-Throated Sparrow
Peak-a-boo - Great Horned Owl (very heavy crop)
Mrs. Great Blue Heron greeting her hubby as he returns to the nest
And lastly this is what the GBH rookery looks like in IR

These are real nice Nick.
I'm so excited about going to Canada and USA, and when I see you folks post your bird and wildlife shots, I sit here with the biggest grin on my face, and hope I get to see something cool like you have captured here .
I love that IR Shot Nick, it's awesome .
Looking forward to the Dgrin Shoot and the Pre Shoot ... Skippy

Excellent set Nick. Was the IR done with filters or on a modded camera?

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
