    I'm not sure that shot is a contender. I mean the shoes are translucent, but the pic itself does nothing for me. It's very busy and the subject is kinda boring =c(

    I like the shot as an abstract but otherwise I agree with pyroPrints. I do like the idea of transparent shoes. I assume you don't own all of the shoes in the photo but perhaps you could acquire a pair and do something creative featuring either one shoe or one pair. There is definitely a good idea cooking here.

    The lighting definitely needs to be more tightly controlled. But, I agree, the subject just doesn't grab me in its current configuration.

    At first glance...
    It looks like a hodge podge of transparent color.....mainly the purple dominant. The idea of translucent slippers could work but not in this shot. Entirely too much push pull for the eye to focus on what the subject matter really is.
