I got my first sale already

while the main focus of my account will be centered around kids' sports, I'll also be focusing on the local MX track. and now, maybe the local off-road recreation area. :wink

some coworkers had planned a trip to the rec area for sunday. told them I might make it down and get some shots of them, as well as other riders. since I wasn't riding, the facility let me in for free:D . she just asked me to send her some good shots for the gallery on their site.

since I couldn't get a cell phone signal, I was unable to locate my buddies until after they were done. but in the mean time, I shot some pics of riders, hill climbing and jumping. I would wave them over, give them a card, and tell them to check my site in a day or two.

when I logged on this morning, I found out that one of the riders oredered 4 8x10s. :clap

nice way to start the day.

Thanks, Ivar. I might head back down there one day this weekend and spend more time shooting. I only took pics for about an hour when I was there.
