I like it alot and I think the framing is perfect. If I were to point out something I would like to see a little more of your hair, it is very dark. Other than that it is perfect.

Try to lower the light on your narrow side 2 to 3 stops less.
Ironic-- that's what I was also going to suggest. A little shadow-- especially on guys-- creates a lot more mood and depth. You could even kill one light and just shoot with a single light.
Sorry, an OT question: what's the deal with those red "D" 's in the lenses' names (in your signature). And the 'origional' too ... maybe it should be 'oregional'? or even O'Regional
