Action to resave at lower jpge quality?

can anyone tell me how to make an action in photoshop that will resave files to jpeg 10?

    No need to create an action for this.

    You can use the Image Processor prebuilt script that comes with CS2/CS3. You can either access it from Bridge by selecting a set of images and then selecting Tools/Photoshop/Image Processor or in Photoshop File/Scripts/Image Processor. In the Image Processor, you can choose a file type, a quality level, a pixel size and then let it run on as many images as you want.
