WTB/WTT: RRS BH-40 LR II ballhead and plates

I'm after RRS BH-40 ballhead with LRII clamp, and B57/B57L plate.

Up for trade is Acratech Ultimate ballhead in absolute mint condition.

    I'm not up on my RRS stuff, but this doesn't seem Canon specific to me. Shall I move it to the more general forum, for more views?

    The B57L is for a Canon EOS-1D, -1D mark II or a 1Ds Mark II, according to the 2007 catalog
