We just got back from our road-trip to California last night, and I've spent today sorting and editing pictures. I've made it through San Francisco, so I thought I'd share some of my favorites so far.

#1 - City Hall...hand held through the windshield while at a red light.

#2 - The gold man counting his green.

#3 - This guy just stood out to me...grabbed it while riding by on a cable car. I purposefully oversharpened to accentuate the lines.

#4 - Pretty poppy.

#5 - Japanese Garden.

#6 - Pier 39 Sea Lions with Golden Gate Bridge in the background.

#7 - Postcard Row.

Thanks for the Journey Elaine, I so glad you posted it.
I'm going to be in Sanfrancisco for 10 days later this year,
Its been about 11 years since we were there last...man time goes fast.

This time I am staying with friends that live there,
so I will get to see places I never saw before.

You got some great photos Elaine clap.gif ..... Skippy

    Thanks, Skippy!

Wow, 10 days...you should really be able to see a lot! We were only passing through...one evening and one full day was all we got, but we had gorgeous weather (except for a little haze). I would love to spend more time there someday.

    Thanks for the look!

I have a question. Where did you go to take #7? I live near the area and I still don't know where that is!

You make me feel guilty for not shooting more ofter there! Great job!

I shot the Painted Ladies at Alamo Square, near the intersection of Hayes and Steiner. Thanks for the comment!
