I came across this on my way to work. Since I was on a side job and my own boss for the day, I gave myself permission to be late so I could cover this. I did not see the birth, but I didn't miss it by much.

    Great Series Jon
This is a terrific set.... (ok I admit.. the first one makes me say eeew... but that's just me Laughing.gif)... :)

I stop over on Hwy 32 alot to see the horses over there... trying to get a really good shot of one specific horse... but I've never come close to something like this..

I didn't help. They don't like help. The mare is very protective a this time.

Deeya, that is a horse on 104 at a farm close to souther sod. I still see the foal and mother from to time. I had a 3 pic series in the Baldwin Press on this subject.

Very cool Jon... I am pretty sure I know which farm you are talking about.. It definitely helps to keep your eyes open doesn't it??

It was cool. I thinked I learned a photo lesson on this one. The first shots i didn't use a polorizer. The last ones I did. I think the glare actually makes the shots better in this case.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

What a great set. Great timing too. I agree that the 1st ones look better than the last few.
