My wife is religious and there is a house that she was told about that has a cross in the window. She visited it last week and I went with her this evening to see it and I took my 30D to see it.
At the moment everyone believes that it's a sign from god, personally the logical part of me is telling me that it's something else man made.

my observance from the inside is that there is a plastic privacy film in a cross hatch pattern and checking the outside of the window is glass.
The light inside is apx. 4-5 feet away from the window and apx 5 feet of the ground.
my goal at the moment is to find this film material and duplicate the result to the wife before she goes overboard on me.
