Cropping in an order

Order #292315

She didnt set a crop to them. I emailed her explaining that they will have a white border on the tops or sides since she didnt select one. I was wondering if someone could go in and quickly crop them for her. She wasn't sure what to do.

Hi Alex,

I'm afraid once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. We can cancel the order and allow your customer to place a new one with correct cropping.

This is one of the many wonderful reasons to use our proof delay feature.
