I believe the mexican fish is an albino mud puppy, or looks like one, we used to catch them all the time up north . are they really fish ????I thought related to salamanders.amphibians ??

    i'm not sure,

i found this creepy crawler in an aqaurium in the botanical gardens of my university and i think it said something like mexican walking fish but ill drop by when i get the chance and see if i can get the latin name for it. :D there were different coloured fish/amphibians in there, black/greyish as well. it didnt surface and had no place to rise out of the water so it was breathing air like other fish do.. strange thing.. eek7.gif
