Delays in orders

It seems that I have been getting a lot of questions from my customers as to where their orders are.

Is anyone else seeing as many delays in getting print orders shipped and delivered?

BTW
Yes, I have already been sending a request to the helpdesk. It is just getting old having to check on every order. And have customers complain about the delivery times.

Hi, without specific order numbers, I cannot say... There were some issues at the lab during the past two weeks of April, but we've fixed all of that. Some customers puchase Economy shipping, which is USPS, and *can* take 3-14 days - we've no control over the postman. But customers will often write us in day 4 and ask "where's my order?" ...
