I like #1 and #3 the best, good intensity and in-game facial expressions. :D
They might be a touch better if they had #2's exposure or "pop" but maybe that's just noticable because they're right next to it. ne_nau.gif

There's always a huge element of subjectivity to what's "better," perhaps that was the wrong word for me to use. And of course you were there and know what "the truth" was. With all the discussion about editing of photos, it's interesting to see how "just" a bit of levels can do to change the day's atmosphere.

Very nice. You inspired me to take my camera to the NY Mets This friday. What lens did you use for these?

    Also any Osprey shots lately?

    Regards,

    Laslo

    hi laslo
i think most of these were w/ the nikon 300/4
I usually use the 70-200vr for baseball but took 2 lenses to this game (very rare for me to leave home w/ more than 1)

Hundreds of Osprey shots as this is the season
c/o my osprey gallery and go to the last page as they are saved by date

    thx Dave....
    yes it is Wiki

I really enjoy shooting day games at this park as the sun is perfectly behind you the entire game. I think I prefer the 300/4 over the 70-200 and would take my sigma 300/2.8 but it's just so heavy to handhold.....
