This was today after watering the shrubs. Hard t focus as this critter had a nice sheen on him/her. The blob just below the head was a drop of water hanging from his/her butt.
This was about 2x and f/9.0. This time I took the ringlight off the lens and held it back a bit and off at an angle.

They have very shiny shells those little lady bugs, which is hard not to get the flash reflecting off when you shooting.
I don't know about you but whenever I have found a Lady bug, it will not stay still, it continues to walk and walk and walk.
