I have used www.americanframe.com a few times, nice stuff & a good price. I've also found out about www.framedestination.com & their prices are a bit lower; I'm planning on trying them out next time. They got some positive reviews over at FM a while back.

I have used www.framedestination.com and have been very satisfied. Best selection of sizes I have been able to find. Large number of choices between metal or wood frames, several glass or acrylic options. My orders have shipped fast and arrived in good shape.

And the owner of framedestination.com is a member here on Dgrin. He even offered a dgrinner discount last December.
I just placed my first order (for foamboard) with framedestination.com a few days ago after reading about them here and it's supposed to be delivered by Fedex tomorrow (Saturday).
I'm going to be looking at their frames/mats for a project I need to complete in June.
My brother-in-law introduced me to the MCS Format Fames which you may find of some use.
We found them to be extremely usable for fast, inexpensive, yet classy framing and they have a variety of sizes ... I have picked them up at Michaels and similar hobby-type stores in small quantities, but you can get as many as you desire from: http://www.pfile.com/cgi/cart.cgi?db=stuff.dat&search=Format+Frames&method=phrase
The frame is plastic and front-loading (somewhat like a box), pop out the glass (somewhat like a lid), place your photo in the frame, then pop back the glass. I find I can use a smaller photo area with a simple printed black-line-frame using a PS action or similar, and that coupled with a white border and the Format Frame's thin black edge make for a snazzy with a touch of class, yet inexpensive, presentation my clients like ... saves on ink, too!

And I'm not on the payroll, just a happy customer
