    Thanks Brige, and a little cropping, I was about 30 ft.shot with 420mm, The bird was about 8" tall. Thanks for asking.

    What a great seriesclap.gif These guys are so tiny! Definately worth the effort trying to get them for so long.

    Neat owl shots Jim. These guys are very difficult for me to see . I went to Ft. Myers with some others from MI4 shoot to capture these guys. It took them about 15 minutes to pont out the first one for me to shoot. Laughing.gif. Nice camo they have. The only time I could find them easily was when they were in their holes in the ground. I'd like to go back and get some more pics. Nice job.

    Thank you kindly Mike. We almosst missed these guys. I hope to return in a few days and get some more shots. It sure would be nice to have a longer lens to get a shot of the nest which has two chicks in it.
