Smugmug print question for Andy

Recently I purchased a print from Ginger's site, and was pleased to see an option for matt paper, so I ordered the print with this choice.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

While I am pleased with the print and don't want any changes or reprints done, I would not consider this to be matt paper. It's more like luster / semi-gloss. <o:p></o:p>

I wonder if there was an error in the order or if this is what Smugmug considers matt paper? <o:p></o:p>
