Why are my graphics NOT showing up on my customers orders?

Thanks for responding so quickly Andy, but as I went to get you an order number I realized that my customer selected the team picture with no graphics (although she was positive she had). Hopefully this is a NO ISSUE b/c I use graphic text on many of my team photos.

It can be a huge issue. Beware of bleed trim issues please
