the lens is great, very fast AF and extraordinary bokeh....
iq w/ the 2.0 tc is boderline but the tc came w/ the lens (used) as well as the 1.4 tc (which i haven't tried yet)...
I really wanted the nikon 300/2.8 but the sigma w/ 2 TC-s was $1500 on the cafe and i couldn't pass it up....

I just bought a new/used 300 AFS2 and can tell ya I
spend more with no TC :cry

i may eventually sell the sigma for the nikon 300 vr but for now it's good
