This is a local sport fisherman that I happened across while randomly hitting parks along the Delaware river. I pulled up just in time to get him bringing in a 38 inch 28 lb. Striper. Later on I caught him with a 34 inch, 24 lb. Striper. There are quite a few images I'm attaching here..
