Is there a quick way to print an entire gallery?

Last night I initiated the printing of an entire gallery (408 images to 4x6 glossy prints). The only way I know how to do this is to add all the images to my cart and continue through the process. The problem, for me at least, is that there are, I think, three steps wherein thumbs of all images in the order are downloaded from SmugMug to my computer and displayed in a single page. Page size isn't the issue, but the download time needed to get that number of thumbs (and multiple times) was a little daunting. A process that could, if streamlined, take a matter of seconds took me the better part of about 20 minutes.

Is there a better way that I have not yet discovered.
