i was looking into the proof delay option - but can i re upload a tiff if someone orders? or can i only reupload a higher res jpeg?

and if i can only upload a hires jpeg AND if my initial uploads are my highest res jpegs then there really is no point in having delay option on correct?

thanks
BS

I use it to verify customer crops.

Most of the time my customers don't realize that they need to adjust the crop of a picture when selecting different sizes and they just leave it at the default which can sometimes make for a very bad print. I have used a 1 day delay to verify and correct those that are wrong.

ok, I'm still getting things setup on my page and wow sometimes all the settings seem overwhelming - so based on what you said after a person places an order for a print you can actually preview the crop? and if so, you actually take the liberty of changing the crop for them if what they had was not good? you do let them know this ?? or not?

    thanks
