replacement photos

If I change the crop on a photo...it has replacement what is replacement?

What are you changing the crop for? Is this a photo a customer ordered and you are now changing the crop before letting it print?

This sounds like something for proof delayed shipping to me but when I go into my galleries and crop a photo I do not see anything that says replacement photo.

yes, it is in the proof delay

If you replace the photo in the proof delay order screen, then you must re-adjust the crop, too. At least check the crop, to make sure it's still good

I haven't run into this yet so hopefully someone who has will back me up on this (or you can look through the proof delayed shipping thread for more details) but I'm assuming replacement is an option to click on.

Once you get the crop how you want it if you hit replacement it should replace the photo with the new crop for printing.

You do not need to replace the file unless you've changed it on your end. If all you are doing is recropping, then you do not need to replace the file.
