Golf tournament pics

Thanks to members johng,wxwax, and john68 for your tips in my earlier thread http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=61063.

for mt first time shooting golf, I was happy with the results. this one is my favorite. it has the golfer,club,ball, and flag.

    Nice job. I like #4, 6 and the last one. FWIW, I don't favor the 1st few b/c they're too anonomous - i.e., no faces...

    For publications, I would agree. As a golfer, they are great because it shows action and you can actually diagnose swing faults with shots like that. Plus, parents like those kind of shots as well.

    nice job.

    I'm half/half on the tee shots. I tend to agree with both view points. The only suggestion for next time is do both - shots like this and shots from the front so you see faces:

    Thank you for the comments, everyone. I can see now the importance of getting the face in the shot. actually, when I was shooting them teeing off on #9, I was off to the side so I could get the face in the pic. I'll post some of those either later tonight, or in the morning.
