Hi there support team. I am based in the United Kingdom (Jersey Island) - can you cater for us Europeans ? I am interested in your gallery.

Perhaps I can put you in touch with some decent printers over here !

    Hi Oliver, and welcome to Digital Grin wave.gif

    We cater for people all the world (I live in the Netherlands myself). There are no restrictions/limitations for people not living in the US.

    Printing is done in the US, and shipped to the UK and other countries. Orders usually arrive quickly. At this time we do not have the option of having it printed locally in the UK, I'm sorry.

    Hello Oliver and welcome,
    I'm also in the UK, Somerset.
    If you have concerns etc about printing take a look through the archives and you will see that the Smugmug service is excellent in terms of quality, price and customer support. If you want your shopping cart to show Euros or £s or any other currency than $$ it isn't one of Smugmug's priorities. I originally thought this was a big deal but having tested out the printing I have no hesitation in recommending it. As for the rest of the Smugmug setup, they cater for us Europeans just as well as everyone else:D

    Ditto that. I'm in Cambridge, UK.

    You'll often find that Smugmug's support turnaround times in the middle of the night Calafornian time are faster than UK companys' response in the middle of the day here.

    The printing issue is a pain, I handle it by giving people the option of emailing me with their requirements which I then ship to Photobox. It's not ideal, but it seems to work well enough....

    However, I've had people buy prints through SM and been very happy with them. With the current value of the $, they're very good value...
