Where's a good place to get trading cards done? I've been approached by the hockey team I shoot for and they are wanting to do trading cards.

Were also talking about doing a 12 month calender with some hooter girls :)

    Try Upper Deck.

Just looking through the last rangefinder magazine, the adds for sports cards are......

    Fotosports, 1.800.450.1590, www.foto-sports.com

Sportsnet, 1.800.382.2101, www.fullcolor.com *not sure if www.sports.net would work, its the name, so its an assumption*

    Sports America, 1.800.824.4829, www.sports-america.com

Thats the 3 that I spotted, this must be a more popular thing to do now since theres so many adds for it.

You could contact a few local printers and find out how much they would charge.

Another place I've found is www.mpix.com

As well, I found the large pro lab (carousel photo) here in town does them, and if I ever go that route I will go local. They will print using their own templates, or ones supplied by the photog. They also supply the backs seperately in case you want to print, cut and assemble yourself. They are about $4 cdn for 6, $7.20 for 12. Uncut sets of 6 are $2.75, backs are $0.09 each. They also do magazine covers, single page calendars, buttons, etc. For me at least, the local lab is the most economical choice.

You can give the following company a try. I have them do all of my business cards and they can handle just about anything and are very competitively priced.
