Bugs?

Took the macro out for the first time this summer. I found a little clump of small yellow wild flowers and some very small critters. I have no idea what they are.

    Lovely shots.
    First bug is a lacewing and the 2nd a plant bug (Myramid/Capsid).

    Bugs are really attracted to Yellow.

    You have a few dirty spots on the sensor too.

    I haven't tried to clean a sensor yet. The sales guy I used to work with did it for free for me, but he's gone. I tried a bit of air, but I'm afraid of touching the darn thing with anything. I had to remove a pretty bad spot from every shot.

    I shot the second insect myself only yesterday -pretty cool looking eyes :)

    The wings were what attracted me to the lace wings. I'd love to get a shot with the sunset behind them. Just have to wait for that shot as I'm leaving town today. If you zoom in 100% on the last shot (original file) the eyes are great.
