Which type of battery for a camera flash?

The topic says it all. What's the difference
(aside from memory effect) when using NiCd,
LiIon or NiMh Rechageabels? Does anybody
know? Thanks!

    I use 15 minute rechargeable NIMH Rayovac's and they are great in my 580 and 430.

    I think they are discontinued and I'm sad. I want to buy some extras. 15 minute charger is a dream come true.
