I managed to get two lovey ladies in my studio today, and this is a small part of the result. C&C welcome.

nice looking ladies-
I like both of these portraits excepting-
the catchlights in the eyes don't look just right (not sure what)-
and the skin tone might be a little off (I think it might be more the makeup than your pp or wb) (you can see the makeup margin at the scalp)-
I hope someone else will be a little more specific with this (if I'm just not totally off base)-

Not to me-- fluorescent tubes?
The angle on the first photo would be improved by raising your camera and shooting slightly down on the subject. Notice how on the second photo, we don't see as much up her nose.
