5/21 8AM CST - is smugmug having issues? or

I usually don't have trouble uploading, but am getting errors...

wrong bytes received?

any help would be appreciated.

i'm using star explorer, which doesn't seem to work this morning, and also the smugmug uploader from their site - which gives me these errors.

    things seem to be working now - but would still like to know what that error code means...

    Sorry for the late reply, I didn't see your message up until now.

    I guess it was either your ISP or server glitch. From my own perspective, since the last hardware upgrade SM servers were working flawlessly, so it's most likely your ISP. ne_nau.gif

    For the future issues: for the real time update better ask SM techsupport (help at smugmug dot com) or me (support at starexplorer dot com) directly. The turnaround is known to be minutes or worst case hours, not days:-)
