How to change the default paper type?

I have searched previous posts with no luck so forgive me if this is obvious... I'm wondering if it's possible to change the order of the paper type that the customer selects in the cart? Glossy shows up as the default for paper type. I would like to change it to be matte or lustre since most people seem to take the default. Any help would be greatly apprecitated.

No way to show different default if still want to sell glossies.

Under pricing add zero to all the glossy prints.
This will get rid of the glossy for sale.

4x6 glossy ... 0.00
4x6 matte ... $5.00
4x6 lustre ... $5.00

Ok. I hate to do away with glossy totally. If you can't reorder them though, that may be the solution. Thanks very much for the feedback.
