What is the best printing service to use for Sports "portraits", mainly youth sports, so they'll probably want little novelties as well. Any suggestions?

Well, I'll suggest those produced by EZPrints in conjunction with Smugmug. That's where all of mine originate. Novelty items are available as well.

I agree with EZPrints they have really good stuff and great prices. I have had everything from 4x6 all the way up to the largest posters printed and they rock!!
Also the Lustre finish is awesome.
