Ted, Nice capture! It almost looks like he is in pain. The first thing I looked for after seeing his face was did he run into something.

I had my 50mm lens on the camera so not wide enough to really show him running into oncoming people. This was a so called "shot from hip" - just a quick reaction and hope for the best.
But I think his chicks taking in a big runner's breath as well as flowing hair do show a dynamic nature of his stance.
