Morning fog over a farm

This beautiful farm is located immediately next to the Tuggerah shopping centre. As I was passing it this morning I have noticed the fog creeping in through the remote hills highlighted by the raising sun. I pulled over and took this landscape picture. The fog is quite bright in sunlight so an exposure correction had to be applied to prevent blowing of the highlights.

Sweet shot! I really like the fog and the light quality. I wish I had something more insightful to say, but that's about it.

Thank you. It was just a beautiful scenery. No real need for many words. It probably was a perfect situation for a panorama but 1) I'm not very good with these 2) I did not have my tripod with me

I've actually had some luck with doing handheld panoramas. It's not as good as using a tripod & pano head, but as long as you're not very close to anything it can work out.
