[/FONT] Margaret Corbin stepped up to the artillery during the attack on Fort Washington when her husband fell by her side and unhesitatingly took his place and performed his duties. In July of 1779 the Congress awarded her a pension for her heroism - and a suit of clothes.

    EXCELLENT exposure on a really tough shot - I tried the cannon shooting timing once and really messed up...it was my first time and shot my sequence WAY ahead of the fuse burning down so my camera was writing to the buffer during the big BOOM!

    Thanks everyone. It was the shot I hoped for when I put the hammer down and held it until the buffer filled.

    I want to clone the RV in the top right corner out before I get this one printed.

    Here's another shot. I laughed when saw this and the caption I thought of was:
