Yes, it is! A step by step of Andy IR tutorial and no vignetting. Guess that is the filter. Actualy is a 62mm IR with a step down ring (62 to 58) on a not so good for IR 18-55mm with a Rebel 350D unmod. After 2 long hours into the sun on a v.hot day I'm still not feeling well :cry but It's my bad. Just for the record, 70-300 IS USM is not for IR. Next time I'll try 50/1.8. Tks.
