Photo tools problem

Every time I use "arrange photos" or "delete this photo" "or "delete photos(bulk)" I have to perform the funtion twice for it to work. It never works on the first try. What's up? Is it my computer or a bug on your end?

    Seems to be working fine for me - can you tell us more, give us details on the browser you are using, and also a gallery link please?

    The browser I am using is IE6. Just pick a gallery from the following link as all galleries do it. http://wiseguys.smugmug.com

    Hi, Sorry I can't replicate - on your site, I made 2nd copy on two photos, and then used bulk delete and they deleted right away, IE6. Try clearing your browser's cache (temp files), closing, and reopening and try again?

    Yes, I have tried all of the above but it has not worked.

    I just created this gallery http://wiseguys.smugmug.com/gallery/2916553 I uploaded photos then deleted two. I had to delete the photos twice for it to work. ??? I used the 'delete photos (bulk)" mode.
