thanks..saw him sitting there along the roadside didnt know if he was real or not...fortunately i had my camera to capture him..strangely i was able to get within 5 ft of it before he flew off ..

I think so ..couldnt tell for sure but he wasnt in a big hurry to scurry:) Not a usual sighting in the city...

Shotting owls is wrong. There are other ways to get good pictures of them without having to harm them. :lol :lol4 :heh :slosh

I agree, It's a hawk probably a Red Tailed Hawk. Cool shot, but I think it has a greenish yellow color cast to it. I played with it a little. Hope you dont mind.
