thanks, the monky's were funning to watch. we were watching them and they keeped looking in the little window, then it opened for food. we came back like 30min later and they were all laying on each other trying to block the sun. it reminded me of after thanksgiving

Love your Tiger stretching shot clap.gif
I think it would look great as the only thing in colour in that shot too,
done as selective colouring thumb.gif .... Skippy

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Wow, love that shot of the tiger stretching!! It has the same look and expression on it's face as when my cat stretches, only x1000!! eek7.gif

What lens did you shoot these with? I'm hoping that my new 70-300 will come tomorrow so that Saturday I can take it on a test run to the zoo here in Seattle.

    THanks for the great shots!!

    thanks for the feed-back people:)

    - this weekend i will go back and try some selective colouring
    - i took all of the photos with a nikon d80 and the nikon 70-200 2.8VR. most is not all were taken at 2.8 because it helped to get rid of the cages

Streching tiger is definitely my fave. Whenever you catch an animal doing something expressive, it always makes the shot more interesting.
