George, I'm completely lost as to interpreting your thread title ... but I like the picture. I'd like to see just a bit more space overhead, so as to not cut off the background 'glow', but that's just me. The photo's got great character. The only (minor) nit I'd pick is that there's a hilight under the left eye that's distracting.
