"map this!" lag?

Yesterday I uploaded geocoded photo's to a new Gallery. It took about an hour for the "map this!" button to appear with each picture. It then took almost a full day for that button to take me to the proper map (and not somewhere between Los Altos & Sunnyvale, CA. BTW, that is REALLY bad default behavior.) Is it typical to take so long for the mapped data to get picked up by the system?

    A few things are a bit lagged in spots only now, not as a rule - we did a major release last week .. we're catching up on a lot of different things :) Sorry about that! What will happen, is, if you go edit the geography a 2nd time, it'll fix the geography right away..

    That doesn't seem to be doing anything (see http://maps.smugmug.com/?feedType=geoAlbum&Data=2921452 and http://rgusick.smugmug.com/gallery/2921452 ). I've manually edited the geography of all of them (some several times). Still no mapped photo's... all I get is that damn map of Los Altos/Sunnyvale! :(:
