On a drive towards Kirby Lonsdale, the village of Whittingtyon as so rural and peaceful.

I finished this off using the HDR technique.

Hope you like it folks. :)

Reminds me of a little town in England where I lived 25 years ago. That was a great place and great memories. Now I'm back in the USA and older, but I'll never forget these little towns and markets the milk man and roads.

Great photo! For me this was kinda like hearing a song you haven't heard in years that reminded you of a past moment in time.
If you don't have creative enthusiasum all you have is a camera in your hands!

I like this shot, it's very dreamy, almost picture perfect feeling. thumb.gif

    Paul.

I like the composition and light and the stark mood contrasts the painterly quality of the lightthumb.gif but the blown clouds should be corrected. that is they are too bright and have lost important detail making the entire image appear tooooo enhanced.

I really like this shot, it's got a nice feel to it. My only complaint is that it does feel a bit wrong, kind of like it's a computer-rendered scene. In fact it really looks like something from a WWII action game... but maybe that says more about me than the picture!

So I guess I'd suggest maybe toning down the HDR a bit. I think that would mean increasing the contrast, although I'm not too experienced in HDR myself.

    Thank you everyone.

I had never done an HDR before this so it was kinda experimental.

Thaks for the comments and critique.
