    It took me a minute to get this Fish, then it hit me.
    The old Batman and Robin series when they climbed up the buildings on the bat rope.
    And people would always poke their heads out the window and talk to them.
    The cheap tilt the camera special effect :lol4 .

    I also remember a Montey Python skit about street climbing.
