Ok, well first off I have been somewhat involved with the sport of paintball for 6 years, and I am fairly new to the photography world, so thats why I come to you.
I guess I am posting here just to see what an outsiders (someone not really in the paintball world) point of view is towards my pics of the sport and how what you feel would make the pictures better or more interesting. I am obviously still in the learning process and want to improve as much as possible.
I'm using a Sony Alpha A100
also, as far as the camera goes, what lens would you suggest for it? I only have like a $500 budget for a lens.
sooo without further ado...

Any suggestions, comments, or just anything regarding my pictures would be greatly appreciated. I want to improve my pictures and every little thing helps.
Thanks!
Jimmy

Are there any suggestions or things you think might make these pictures better?

and as far as the face pictures go, I know I need to catch more emotion in them, they are just kind of blank photos with no emotion behind them, so I am trying to work on that

My family and I are big paintball fans (and players). These pictures are GREAT!!!! Can you catch any with the paint coming out of the barrel? That would be awesome. Another good shot would be of someone filling their hopper - you know how paint flies then!
